Album art trouble

Hi, I have a trouble with the album art since January 1st. The problem is that the "miniatures" don´t charge or charge too slowly; sometimes they do charge but when I enter into a playlist or album the album art (that was visible before entering into the album) charges slowly. 

This is a problem both with the PC app (win 7) and with the android app (Huawei p9 lite). 

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the PC app but the issue still remains. Also I signed with my username and password, not facebook.
I wonder if this is a bug or is just me.
