All songs 'Not Available'

All songs 'Not Available'

All my songs in all my playlists are suddenly not available on my Windows computer. I have spotify an active Premium account. I deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app on my computer and it still won't play my songs. Any help would be appreciated.

(Edit) My Spotify account on my iPhone works just fine.

I have just tried to play my music on windows computer but also unavailable all songs - I have it on my phone and tablet for last year with no problem - on phone and tablet its on offline downloaded mode but onlne on computer.  What is going on - never had problem until today??

Possible, but that computer has been playing it for over a year without issue - along with my other devices. The only change has been a new iMac, but that's been a month without problem.

I did try uninstalling (it actually wouldn't uninstall - I had to just delete it) and re-installed the software.  It finally worked when I restarted the whole system, including re-cyncing with my work internet connection.

I have played with multiple devices at home today without problem - so I'm thinking it was just a hiccup.

Thank you for your suggestion!!

Often it is due to your Mac or PC being disconnected from the network or Internet. Spotify has trouble finding the connection again and needs to be re-opened.

  1. Ensure your computer has internet by browsing some web pages. Once you have verified internet access,
  2. Close Spotify
  3. Re-open Spotify
  4. Try again to play the unavailable track
