App not launching properly

When running the desktop app on Windows 7 pro, it appears to fire, then just leaves a black window.  Looking in Task Manager, at the PID column, there are 2 Spotify.exe that stays, along with a SpotifyWebHelper.exe, and another Spotify.exe that executes, dies and is respawned with a new PID every second or so, meaning the window never actually populates.

i has the issue of it reinstalling at every launch too, until this happened.

Any ideas on how to resolve please?  Cannot remove from Add/Remove programs as it’s not listed.

Let's start with a clean reinstall through here! 

Spotify will uninstall and reinstall automatically one you download and run setup, so you won't have to uninstall Spotify manually;
