BUG: "Songs" list on Windows is days out of date behind actual library

My Question or Issue

I've added may songs to my library in the past several days from my iPhone. On Spotify on Windows, they don't show up in my library, and the most recently added songs are from 4 days ago. If I play a recent song added to my library from my iPhone, the "now playing" song shows as not-added on Windows. The attached screenshots taken at the same time show this.

This makes me unable to use the Windows app.
