My Question or Issue

 On my laptop I have this issue where the program doesnt seem to be loading up properly. 

This is the result:

Its not working at all, and removing/reinstalling seems to work one time and then it will go back to this black screen.

thanks for posting in the community !

 

It's probably not the reason for this to happen but can you try and log in to the same account on different devices to see if the account works? 

 

If you're able to use the account on different devices, that puts us in the understanding that this is a system issue on your PC.

Please have you WIN update run to provide new updates.

 

In addition, it might be a good idea to check that your firewall and anti-virus protection aren't blocking Spotify from it to work properly.

I did all the steps you provided.

 

My account works fine on different devices.

Windows is up-to-date, and did not change the situation.

I also turned off my firewall and restarted Spotify, but it did not change anything.

thanks for following the steps i provided.

 

As you mention that the account works on other devices that leaves us with an issue on the OS you using and not an account issue.

 

Please try reinstalling the app now after you had tried the steps given.
