My Question or Issue

Spotify is working on my Phone perfectly fine (Iphoone 14 Pro Max)

but on my Computer the Desktop app and the Browser version are both **bleep**ed up.

In the Screenshots you can see how my app looks like and the issue on the Browser version. Reinstalled the app 5 times so far and still not fixed.

Hey there @moogllii!

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you've tried reinstalling it; however, I'd suggest these steps, which are more thorough than a regular one, and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing this.

If it doesn't work, try switching other connection and see if it makes a difference.

Lastly, check if you're using any VPN service since this might cause network issues.

Let me know how this goes!

Hey folks,

Thanks for posting on the Community! We've moved a few new comments to this thread for better visibility, hope you don't mind.

There were recently some issues with the Web Player and playback, but things are looking better now. If you're still having issues, it would be great if you could give the following a try:

  • Log out from the Web Player and sign back in again.
  • Refresh/restart the browser.
  • Clear cache and cookies from your browser.
  • Check with another browser or an incognito window.

As mentioned by @MateusM earlier in the thread, it's worth trying with another internet connection too, and make sure that VPN is switched off.

Cheers!
