Bug: Sort order not honored

Application:  Spotify Windows 1.1.65.643.g2d707698-a

 

Issue:  When you set a sort order for a podcast (say oldest to newest rather than the default newest to oldest), it sorts as expected.  When you exit the application and relaunch it, going to that podcast shows that the sort order is still oldest to newest, but the episodes are actually sorted newest to oldest (default).  You have to change the sort order and change it back for the episodes to be in the expected order.

 

Reproducibility: 100%

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling.

I am also experiencing this on Windows, version 1.167.586.0

That did appear to resolve the issue.  Running Spotify for Windows
1.1.67.586.gbb5ef64e now and the issue no longer exists.
