My Question or Issue- Working fine until today.  I made no changes to computer before this happened.  I cleared web cache and cookies (on the particular site only) and refreshed Firefox Browser (newest version).  I even tried a private window with same results.

I do not want to install the app on this computer.  What could I try?

Hey there! Welcome to the Community.

I am sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Spotify!

I see that you have tried to solve this, but could you please try it on another browser?

Try it and tell me how that goes 🙂

Hi- I did install the app.  I saw as soon as it opened the first time, there was a message that stated I would need to enable an exception through Windows Firewall.  I did & the app worked fine.  I then went to the website (open.spotify.com) &  tried it again.  It worked fine.  I had been using the website over 500-times & never had that problem.  Why?  The only message I saw immediately prior to the initial problem was that I kept seeing messages that stated a web page is slowing down my Firefox Browser.  The options were either wait or stop.  I clicked on stop.  That is when the problem actually started.
