A single Spotify account can have only one active playback device. If you're logged into the same account on two PCs, playing from one would cancel the playback from the other and vice versa.
There isn't a way to have two separate playbacks with a single account but you could use two accounts and a group session instead (if you wish to play the same track but from two separate workstations simultaneously).
