Can't Change Cover Image

For some reason, when I try to change the cover picture for one of my playlists, it won't let me. It keeps saying that the images I try using are 'too small' and that I need to use a 300x300. I've been trying to upload a 300x300 picture I have, and even larger images. No matter what, it keeps telling me that my pictures are too small. I saw someone posting about this, but it's different. For them, they said their friend has the option to change their cover picture, but they didn't. And the response was that it's only available to some people. I do have it, but it's just not letting me. Help??

Are you still having trouble?

Also make sure the image is a JPG. Spotify does not accept any other format. (at least it didn't last time I tried)

Even with JPEG/JPG it doesn't work...
