My Question or Issue

I am trying to install spotify, when I go to the windows store I repeatedly get an error and when I try to download the exe from the website it tells me the windows store version is already installed. I have deleted every spotify folder on this account and restarted several times. I've ran every troubleshooter I could find in the passed 4 hours. There is nothing from google that is the answer to my problem so any help would be amazing

I have made a new user account on the PC on which spotify installed with no issue whatsoever. So the only option I feel like I have now is migrating all of my data to a new account so I can use spotify again.

Hey @relapse12, help's here. 

Try re-installing the app from 'Safe Mode with networking' and see if it helps. If not, restart your router, make sure Spotify isn't blocked in your firewall, and let us know how it goes.
