Unable to login in windows app even after resetting password 

I'm able to login on web and ios app

I've tried to change the proxy setting but no change, the firewall is set up to let spotify through

Could you try logging in using your email address and the password you had just set? If that doesn't work, try with your username and your password instead. You can find your username in the password reset email:
