My Question or Issue

I have recently upgraded to the premium account, however I am not able to access it accross any platforms. I have tried reinstalling the apps both on the desktop and the mobile along with logging in and ou several times.

Hi,

I have checked the above steps however it's still not working. How long does it take for the payment to be processed? I can see that it's concertrc to premium in my account but not reflected onto any of my devices
