Cannot open Spotify links

Hey. I've been having this problem where I cannot open Spotify links (like this one: open.spotify.com/user/caaakeeey/playlist/6QAKnenuZoowNqxRzZbeRg). Whenever I do, I get an address invalid error (this).

I have tried:

1. Reinstalling Spotify
2. Making sure "Allow Spotify to be open from the web" is on
3. Using a different web browser
4. Restarting PC and Spotify

I am using Windows 10 64-bit and the latest version of Spotify for Desktop. I also have Premium, although that probably doesn't matter.
