Cannot play song on desktop

My Question or Issue

I start my premium plan recently. But since then, I cannot play any song on my PC (It was fine up until recently)

 

I've tried every step the other post suggests, but none of it succeeded.

(log out, reinstall, restart PC, clean uninstall)

 

When I hit play on any song, the song would skip it to the next song, as if it doesn't have length.
