Cannot repeat songs?

Hello, I am trying to repeat one song on my playlist and yes I have the repeat button turned on but it will not repeat it just goes to the next song. I tried using the web player but it doesn't work then I downloaded the Windows Desktop app and that still won't repeat my song. What can I do to fix this?

You 'll have to click the repeat button twice. When there is a 1 over the upper arrow, then the same song repeats itself till you skip to next song.
