Cannot sort artists alphebitcally

My Question or Issue

I cannot sort artists alphabetically anymore, and I cant figure out why. The first 16 artists in my library are ordered normally, however then there is a section with 'Recommended Artists' (my Spotify is in German, I assume thats what its called in English) with the rest of my artists in some random order? Is this a bug? I already now these artists, I have songs from them saved, so they should not be 'recommended.' Is there any way to fix this?
