Cant play any songs

Cant play any songs

I can only play music on my phone when i try to play it on my destop version or through web player the songs wont play at all and the track image is greyed out and on my destop verion it says i have 0 songs in every playlist which is completely wrong.

This desktop client issue is reported by some other users as well, there is a solution suggested by another user here. Can you give it a try and let me know if it works?
