My Question or Issue

Hello everyone.

I've being facing this problem for a while. Before that time everything worked great on all my devices.

The problem occur when I am connected in more than one device at the same time, for example, my cellphone and desktop. Despite the Spotify app is open on both devices I can't control eachother device "remotely" (play, pause, skip).

This problem started suddenly after one of those last updates released for Desktop app (not sure wich one).

 

Facts:

      - Inside "Connect to a device" menu i can't see any of my devices;

      - Already tried every steps described in https://support.spotify.com/br/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/ on both devices. Not worked;

      - Tried a desktop app downgrade to version 1.1.7.13766 through a full setup offline installation (67MB file). Worked nicely as long as i doesn't restart my Spotify app and Update Prompt runs;

 

Really need a hand here to solve this problem.
