Connect with chromecast

My chromecast just appears in the device list when I connect with my father's cellphone. I have a windows phone, so I can't connect with the chromecast when I'm without my father's cellphone.

I tried to reconfigurate the chromecast, and things like this but it not appers. And the only answer that I got is "conecct with your cellphone, then you will can control spotify in your computer".

Somebody know how to fix it? Plesa!
