Considerable issues on all platforms (Windows 10 and Android)

I have to put my Android phone on airplane mode to get it to play. Spotify eats RAM like no other app. My desktop app crashes constantly for no reason. I don't know why I need to interact with Spotify at all - all these generated playlists they create, and whatever else loads up.. I just want to listen to my music, uninterrupted, without all the garbage.

I love Spotify but I am absolutely considering ending my subscription. The software is buggy and bloated. You should at least be giving people the option of turning off all the extra stuff. I don't want it. I'm not interested. And it's damaging my experience with your service.

And your message board doesn't appear to work, either.
