Constant pausing

Constant pausing

Spotify has been having an issue. on my desktop (windows) AND NOW ALL MY OTHER DEVICES it has been constantly pausing and I've been trying to troubleshoot it. I've logged out of every device, changed my password, I've cleared my cache, uninstalled reinstalled, closed all programs, made sure power saving mode was off, restarted my devices, updated my devices, made sure Spotify was up to date, and NOTHING even the browser it's doing this and I'm getting very upset. I've done literally all I can think of and more. I'm beginning to reconsider my subscription and thinking of just going to youtube music because this is ridiculous.

Just to confirm, is this happening if you use a different internet connection as well?
