Cutting Music

Dear all, #spotify

Since 2 weeks ago I start having this problem. I star my playlist and ALL the musics start cutting all the time, like more than 10 times each sound. I already reinstalled the program, but did't fixed this problem. Please I need a urgent solution.

That sounds weird! Do you have this issue when using the web player too (https://open.spotify.com/)?

Please let me know the following:

1. the Spotify version (the three dots upper-left - Help - About Spotify)

2. Premium or Free membership

3. the operating system of your computer

No, the music are perfect on the web player.

Hey @Leliton

I suggest checking if your antivirus or similar program is scanning Spotify streams or blocking something.
A few AV's do that which have resulted in audio dropouts for some users. 🙂
