Daily Mix not refreshing?

Hi - I have 2 questions about Daily Mix.

Firstly, my daily mixes are different between my devices, so I can't listen to the same mix on my phone as I can on the Windows app. Is this supposed to be the case? It doesn't make any sense though as surely your listening habits are related to your account not the device?

Secondly, the daily mixes on my Windows app don't refresh each day. The only way I can get them to change is by reinstalling the app. And the new mix is *still* different to the one on my phone. It all seems like a bit of a mess!
