[Desktop][Connect] Do not remote pause when sleeping

Often I'll play music on my smartphone and remote control it from the Spotify client on my laptop. Then sometimes I want to close my laptop (putting it in sleep) and continue playback on my mobile. Problem is that the Spotify desktop client sends a pause command right before the laptop sleeps whether or not it's remote controlling playback.

This is bad behaviour. I propose a check be added to only pause on sleep when playback is local and not remote controlled.
