[Desktop][Developer] Bring Back the Scrolling to Adjust Volume Feature

Ever since Spotify decided to update the desktop player for premium users, I couldn't adjust the volume by just scrolling my trackpad. I either have to use the cmd+arrow keys shortcut or just simply dragging. And in my opinion, it really is overwhelming.

They've added some new shortcuts as well but mainly this one annoyed me the most. I mean the overall look is very neat but I think they should bring it back.

You might think this feature might seem a bit useless but when you get used to doing it, it is super fast and easy (especially on macs).
