[Desktop][Music] Each Song Stops Playing After 6 Seconds

I'm a premium user, and each time I try to play a song on my desktop, the song will play for 6 or 7 seconds before it pauses and I recieve a "cant play this song right now" message in the app. I try to play on the web player from the same computer but no music palys. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times while deleting all AppData files. I don't get this issue on my laptop or phone from the same WiFi connection, but I'd really like some help on fixing this issue.
