My Question or Issue
For some reason, when I try to listen to Spotify using the desktop app I can't hear a sound, either in my speakers or headphones. However, my sounds settings are working perfectly in the web version and with all other apps.
What I have tried so far
I have already uninstalled Spotify desktop app several times and downloaded it again from Spotify Offical website but it doesn't fix the issue.
Did anyone have any similar problem? What can I do to solve it?

Could you try restarting your computer to see if that makes any difference for you?
If you still experience this, we'd recommend updating your sound drives and installing the app from Microsoft store.

My issue was in my Windows computer (not in my phone), in the Desktop app of Spotify (not in the web player).
As you recommended, I installed the app from Microsoft store and it did work this time around.
