Almost every time a song begins to play it stops playing within the first 10 seconds and a notification pops up that the song is unable to be played. This is only happening on my computer and doesn't happen on my phone or anything else. Some songs play, most don't and my wifi is working perfectly fine.

In case you get this error message it's a good idea to perform a clean reinstall of Spotify on your device. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations.
Another thing you can try is checking your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
