[Desktop] Where is the app location in Windows 10?

I want to change the hotkey on my Logitech 350 to open Spotify instead of the Media Center, but I cannot find where Spotify.exe is located. When I search for it using the command line it directs me to a file with 0 bytes. It I point the Logitech keyboard app to it I am told that the system cannot be accessed by the system.

How would I get my favorite music program to open if I can't find it?
