Did spotify reduce ads?

I noticed I'm not receiving ads every 3 songs since the new update, after 7-8 I'm receiving them.
It's unusual.
I know it's a good thing that ads are lesser
but I feel like this might hurt spotify revenue structure if it's just a bug.

Update- All platforms not only pc, phone showing with 10 + song gap before ads

It's like this after the update of the app.


Edit- Fixed, I don't get issues with ads now.
           It seems to be some account sign in issue, turns out my app settings do something??.. I just reset the app on all devices and its fine.
