My Question or Issue

I can't find a way to disable the volume control.

I use my PC for playing music and though my Spotify App is not started my smartphone sets the volume of the PC again and again to mute as I use the smartphone muted for other things while listening to music.

How can I turn that off?

It's almost annoying enough to go to deezer 😄
