Discover features broken on Windows ?

The Windows client (1.0.59.395.ge6ca9946) looks different today. New browse options for podcasts and videos have appeared.

However, my most used feature is discover and this is seriously broken.

All I see is the the Spotify generated playlists.

All the good and useful stuff is missing i.e. Top Recommedations for You, New Releases For You,  Becuase you listened to..., Suggested for you based on..., Similar to... 

I restarted to make sure something wasn't messed up on an update.

What is going on ? These are my most used features.  

Thankfully still there on iOS and Android.

How odd. Last night these features stopped working on iOS too. 

This morning all back to normal again.

It is almost like the information being sent from Spotify to provide these features was interupted temporarily.
