Downloaded playlists keep deleting

I've been using my Windows version of Spotify for quite a while now, but a reoccuring issue I keep having is that my downloaded playlists keep deleting. Or the download button is turned to off, so it deletes all my music. This is really annoying and as someone with limited internet, this literally stops me from listening to music offline, which means I cant even listen to music every time this happens. 

Anyone experiencing anything similar?
