How would I just remove a whole genre?

I amm 45 so 'Rap Caviar' or 'The Newness' will never be my taste so can I just remove and see if other songs can show up?

Discover Weekly playlist wants you to give feedback to it so Spotify can offer you with a more accuracy the music you like to listen to 🙂
Using the stop sign will tell the algorithm that you don't like that kind of music and it will gradually adapt to that.
