My Question or Issue

 Hi, All songs I play in my client windows application just keep breaking up, I have tried to reinstall but it did not work. It's really annnoying.

Have you tried to shut down your internet router and wait 15 minutes for it to cool down and then re boot it again and try Spotify again?

It can be that your router is breaking up the data packages due to over heating or clogged memory...
