Error 408

I can't access to my free account and I live in the UK so I am not on holidays

The 408 error is often caused by the country of your IP not matching to the country you've set on your Spotify profile. It's possible to change that. 🙂

First, you should check what your IP's country is. You can do it here.
Note: Spotify doesn't play too well with VPN's and other similar services.

Then read this article on how to change your country on your Spotify profile.
The country if your IP has to mach with the country set in Spotify. (make sure you recognise the ISP as your service provider too)

If your Spotify account is linked to Facebook, you may have to change the country on Facebook.

This should let you back into your account. 🙂
