I had Spotify installed on my new laptop running Windows 8.  But the last time I logged in, it was not working.  I tried to reinstall it and I keep getting an Error Code 13, that the files can't be found.  I tried deleting the files off my computer, also following several steps I've found in the posts (testing compatability, etc.).  Nothing seems to work.

 

What else can I try?
