Hey @CJtheDJDJDJ

That error usually means some network issues.

Look into the Preferences (menu dots - Edit - Preferences), scroll down, click on "Show advanced Settings" and scroll to Proxy. Set it to "No proxy" or "HTTP" instead of "Auto detect".

The following may help as well:

1. Right click on your network in the bottom right corner and click "Open Network and Sharing Center
2. Under "Connections", click on your primary connection (either Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
In the bottom-left of the popup window click on "Properties", then double-click on "Internet Protocol Version 4"
3. Select the circle 'Use the following DNS server addresses"
4. Input these numbers in the boxes

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

5. Press "Ok" to confirm

If neither of these help you, let me know:

1. when this issue started happening
2. what kind of connection are you using (home/work)?

Let me know how you get on 🙂
