My Question or Issue

i cant use spotify on my phone and on my desktop pc now for a couple of weeks. i have no idea why.. on pc i get this error (attached)

the spotify webplayer works. i have no firewall blocking spotify and i re-installed even run it as administrator on windows.. what can i do? its very annoying because i cant use shazam really and the webplayer hasnt much features.

Hi, if you are abroad more than 14 days, you should change your region for that country and voala  you are able to login again.
