starting today the application no longer loads albums or discographies.. not sure whats wrong but it doesnt load for any artist.. on the artist page itself everything seems to be fine.

Is there a known solution for this issue?

Hey everyone,

I'm not currently having a problem in the Southeast US. Try signing out and back in twice.

There may be a server error in your region, though. I see some complaints online.

The only problem I run into is 1 or 2 albums on the page not loading.

Things are loading much better for me now.

Hopefully this issue will be fully fixed soon.

I just got word that the teams are working on fixing this and it should be loading again soon.

Thanks for your patience, everyone.

Thanks for that. Mine appears to be working again now too.

hey mattsuda idk who you are but its not acceptable to post that you have received 'word from the team' without any proof and then self accepting your post as the solution

@crostine

Matt is a Spotify Star and has access to communication with other Stars and Moderators of the community, and possibly contact with Spotify staff themselves. He did not mark his answer as a solution, he was just relaying information.

Sorry about that @crostine, I can totally understand how my post could be confusing.

After experiencing this issue myself, I reported the issue. I then heard back that the desktop team was working to fix this. This issue should now be fixed.

@kaworu_bloodpaw is correct that Stars have access to information so that we can help out here in the Community. Spotify employees are here in the Community replying to posts as well.

I'm not sure how else I can prove the information to be correct, except for the Stars Program badge next to my name which means that I am a trusted user in the Community. The Spotify Stars Program is also talked about on the home page of the Community and the dedicated page here.

If you see posts from Spotify employees or Spotify Stars, you can trust these posts.
