If you are already logged into Facebook, will it not let you change the profile picture?

I think it should let you change the profile picture.
If Facebook is connected to your Spotify profile, your Facebook name and profile picture will be brought to Spotify. Update either of them on Facebook, it will update in Spotify shortly.

You can change your Spotify profile picture as well (doesn't matter if you have FB linked or not) in the desktop Spotify.

You can simply try it out and see if it works. 🙂
