Feature from discover page is missing since new GUI

Since you launched the new GUI I cant seem to "vote" on the discover page anymore that I like or dislike the suggestion or have I missed something?

Hi. That voting feature was only made available to a small percentage of users as part of usability testing, Most of us never had this so I guess the test is over for now. Maybe it will come back and we'll all get it.
