Friend activity / feed doesn´t work

Hello,

for long time my frined acitivity / feed doesn´t work (on desktop). Itried everything what I read here or somewhere else including reinstall but with no result. I can see nothing at the place where friend activiti should be.

I have also my setting right to see friend activity.

Can you help me? I have Windows 7 Home Premium.
