Help, Application not playing anything at all

I had no problems up until recently where Spotify for whatever reason doesn't want to play any of my music. For any song I play, it says Spotify can't play it right now and to import the file. I've tried playing MP3s from local files as well, only for it to say Spotify can't play it either.

I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify several times but it keeps displaying the same error whenever trying to play anything.

I'm running Spotify on a Windows 10 PC, which has a large amount of storage and 32GB of memory so surely that cannot be the issue. My account works just fine on my phone and the browser version, so it cannot be that either.

I seriously don't know what the problem is but I'm hoping there's a fix.
