My Question or Issue

Hello, when opening Spotify history on desktop, it crashes, and goes back to home.

Other issue I have is that history does not sync between mobile and desktop.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of both your apps. Follow exactly the steps provided in this Guide for best results.

After that try disabling Hardware acceleration from the Desktop app settings.
