How does spotify count streams in beta group session?

My Question or Issue

If I play a song in group session and other people listened to it, how many streams will the artist/song acquire?

Please answer considering different device users(mac, windows)

Spotify won’t be able to share the exact info on how streams are counted in order to prevent manipulation.

I encourage you to support your favorite artists by listening to their tunes in full. The listening data is used to improve everyone’s recommendations. But for Group Sessions, all users will have the playlist/song on their Recently Played.
