I cannot use spotify on pc

I cannot use spotify on pc

My Question or Issue

I have premium family account on my iphone 8, everything works perfectly.

I cannot use spotify on pc, neither the downloaded version or the online version. I've tried everythings: restart pc, reinstall spotify, install older versions, use another browser... but nothing has worked.

Everytime I open spotify I recive this message: A problem has occurred Try reloading the page RELOAD THE PAGE (transleted from italian, it could be a bit different)

Please help me.

To start, please clear the Hosts file on your computer, as this may be a connection problem. In this article you can find the steps to do it.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, make sure your firewall or antivirus are blocking Spotify.
