When I go to spotify.com it says this site can't be reached

www.spotify.com refused to connect

Please let me know the following:

1. are you on home or work network?

2. does it happen on all of your devices?

3. did it use to work before, ie the webpage loaded?

4. the operating system and type of device you're using.

Based on these I'll be able to give better suggestions. 🙂

So far I do recommend checking if your antivirus or firewall is blocking something.
