My Question or Issue I recently bought a new Imac and transferred all date etc. to it. However, when I click on the Spotify icon in the menu bar the usual page doesn't appear with my library and playlist. It does, though, if I log in via Google. Also it does when I click on the icon on my iphone. I have spent almost two hours with largely incompetent Spotify personnel. Can anyone help, please? Thanks

It sounds like you're logged in on the wrong account on the desktop app. Could you go over the guide here to find out if that's the case indeed?
